All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in United States of America. Any shipments outside of United States of America are subject to higher shipping cost at this time.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-8 weeks of the date of your order. Please mind we do not operate on holidays.

We inspect all canned foods for expiration dates and damages to ensure the quality and freshness of the donation. Raw produce and meat are not accepted.

For clothes: Please ensure all pieces of clothing are washed and dried without fabric softener (due to unknown allergens). All clothes are immediately transported to facilities that handle all product sorting, inspecting, and distribution, as we do not hold any donations personally.
